How is celebrated Saint Nicholas in your country,family?

The 6 December is Saint Nicholas day and I want to know how is celebrated in your countries,in your families,what stories you know about him.I'm waiting your answers!

We don't celebrate St Nicjolas day in Britain I'm afraid. It's just another day to us. I heard that in Germany it is a big festival, but I didn't realise that you celebrated it in Romania also.

Yes we do.And is a very special feast,especially for kids!

Unfortunatly here in the Uk it is not a thing I know in Germany it is a celebration and the Kids used to get a Stick with sweets on and also a Chocolate St Nicholas

In Romania,the good chidren receive sweets and the naughty ones receive a switch!
