And on and on

The illnesses go on and on. My kiddo was out today. Another para was out today because her baby was sick, so I worked with and followed her kiddo. It was exhausting.
Another para has been out close to ten working days.
I have no idea what tomorrow will bring, but I know I will wear a knee brace. I am having lots of joint trouble lately.

It is, plus this one had lots of classes in halls that were far away. I walked a lot.

Some wear masks, but yes, these kiddos are up close and personal. I held one on my lap because he was just tired after lunch and recess.

I have been blaming it on riding the bus and the waves of cold weather, but it just might be from a med I am taking.

There are so many falling sick these days and the flu like symptoms stay longer than it used to. Good to have knee braces to take care of your joints. I hope that tomorrow is better.

Yep, these elastic knee braces feel good. It does seem like the people who are getting sick are staying sick longer.

There is an incredible amount of sick people here, too. The schools all closed for an extra day or two and did extra cleaning and sanitizing, I don't think it helped much. I heard we have two nursing facilities that are requesting no visitors under 16, and if someone visits, only two visitors at one time--and they must be masked.

We have to do what we can, yet still things spread. It only takes one person to contaminate a whole room.

When I called to reschedule my doctor appointment, instead of telling me they had an opening in a few days, I was told they couldn't get me in for well over two weeks because of all the illness in our little city. (I checked Fakebook and the schools here are closed for the week with a possible extension of the closing next week.
)
I hope you continue not to get sick. Please be careful.

Lots of hand washing. Little kid I worked with had Flu and Strep and is back now, but tired. I held him and did an art project with him for about 30 minutes yesterday. He is a tiny one. I am assuming he is not contagious as that was over a week ago.

Using the knee braces certainly helps.
