Talk about strange weather

The last 3 weeks has been a rollercoaster of strange weather, even for Alabama. We had extreme cold temperatures, some nights in the single digits. We had a snow storm that included the coast. We had days near or at 80 degrees, for a couple weeks. Now the cold is back with a lovely ( being sarcastic) 25 degrees this morning. Tomorrow is going to be 78 degrees for the day with 51 degrees at night. Sunday back down to 50 degrees with another below freezing night. I can say this has been one strange weather pattern.

You would get whiplash from those temps. Up and down here too, but not like that.

@andriaperry Most February's and once even in January, there is a day warm enough for shorts..hasn't happened so far yet..but we will see later on once we get past all this storm crap if there is a warm day or two.

I am almost positive @TheHorse is doing something to the weather out in California that is affecting the rest of us all across the US! I wish he'd stop it! (It always feels good when you can point at someone and say things are their fault, whether that person actually did anything or not. ) I hope things calm down soon... We keep getting temps in the single digits or in the teens and I'm really tired of it. Have a great day!

@TheHorse Good morning, pony. I wondered if you were up and moving around yet. We're supposed to have a high tomorrow of 51F with rain... Hope you're having a fun day.

Sorry. I have an evil streak too. It's partly sunny here and about 50 degrees out.

Keep your eyes on the weather tomorrow. You have level 2, while Mississippi and Louisiana have level 3 severe risks. Tell Spann to keep his jacket on.

@TheHorse — there are five levels of severe risk defined by the SPC (Storms Prediction Center). The higher the number, the higher the risk for bad weather. We had tornadoes a couple of weeks ago with a level 1, so they aren’t precise, but they’re warnings that bad weather could be coming.

Ours have generally been on the cold side too, with a few warm days here and there.

It's easier to deal with when it's steady.

Weird for sure. My world is Merry Christmas white this morning but I'm hoping the temps really do get up to 42 and green grass comes out from its hiding place.

It's the same here. I read the most perfect comment someone wrote on another website about this rollercoaster weather, "the weather is like a bipolar person". That sums it up.

This has been such a hard winter for those of us who normally get cold winters, I feel for you as you are not used to it, and it can be hard on a person.

Sounds like the weather can't make up its mind. Two days here of gray and hazy skies, threatening rain but very little rain.

Don't know what is worse - that back and forth weather or constantly cold. I know the switching around is not fun...but some nice weather breaking up the constant cold here would be a nice change.
