Happy Friday and Happy Valentines Day

Happy Friday Everyone! sunny here this morning but cold. It's nice to see the sun after a few days of dreary snowy/icy weather. Thankfully we didn't get much sticking to the ground these past few days so it hasn't interfered with putting out the trash and I am going to run a few quick errands this afternoon.
It's also Valentines Day so Happy Valentines to all my friends here.
Neither my daughter nor I are doing anything special but tomorrow her friends (both married and single) are having a party so she'll be away overnight.
I didn't sleep very well last night so I actually went back to bed for an hour after my daughter started working. I feel so much better now and glad I didn't try to push through and just be exhausted all day.
That's my day (so far) and hope you're having a good Friday and hopefully doing something fun over the weekend.

My idea of fun is a quiet day. As for weekends, since the new neighbors moved in I've had to try not to hear their loud music so I look forward to Mondays when their kids are in school and the adults are working.

Good to read the sun is finally appearing after all that weather challenges. It seems to be a good day to get some errands going without much hassle. Happy Valentine’s Day to you as well. Even if you are planning to do anything special today, atleast it is nice that your daughter has a kept a fun gathering. The other part is listening to your body and taking adequate rest. Pushing through sometimes in never worth it. Hope the rest of the day went smooth for you. For me, it is work day and so not much going for me. Have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend ahead!

Pretty and I just got home from doing 4 loads of laundry. Pretty's clothes are in the dryer now. Nothing else is happening here. I haven't gone to sleep yet this morning so am hoping I can fall asleep soon.
