Part of yesterday´s talk was about knees.

And as I forget many times to rub the miracle Diclofenac on my knees, I always have some to give away. Yesterday I gave Marái some Diclofenac and a pair of pants. The doctor had told her to use Skechers but she told me that they looked awful with her dresses. And she is not used to wear pants, jeans or anything but. So I gave her a pair of pants that were 85% cotton and the rest Spandex. II told her to fix them with pins and try them on. If she liked them, she could keep them. If she didn´t, she could bring them back to me. I´m giving away all I can from my earthly goods. I´m not depressed but I I have the feeling that my life is about over. Maeía told me yestarday that she wanted to live until she was 100 years old. I don´t. When I look back, I think that I have been a widow ( and mostly alone) for about 25 years and I think that enough is enough. But I must get rid of my junk. I hope María likes the pants.

Diclofenac doesn’t always help me, save with my hands. Then I have to be careful because it has a “smell” to it that I can’t get too close to my nose. I’d like to take a tube of it to my masseur and have him work on my hands and knees with it!

My SIL gave me a pair of pants yesterday when we were decluttering but I haven't tried them on yet.

Skechers are comfy. I hope Maria liked the pants. I put Aspercreme on my knees.

It's good to give some things you're not using anymore

My mother's parents were hale and hearty past 100 years old. I have one brother who is in his 90s but spends most of his time in the hospital. I don't want that to be me... (There is only that brother, one brother who is 4 years older than me and one sister who is 6 years older than me. And me... We're all that's left out of 16 kids.) I hope she likes the pants, too.
