Went out to check shops for rent

Today, Sunday evening, I had gone out with my cousin to look out for shops that are available on rent. My sister, wants to set up a food stall in the neighbourhood, and that's why she is looking for shops. This week, we went directly to look out for places, and have shortlisted 2. If things work out then fine, else have to take help from real estate broker and shell out 1% commission for their service.
