Zelensky Has Always Been a Corrupt Bad Guy

Every since this whole Russia-Ukraine War started, I have said that Zelensky is a wolf in sheep's clothing. He tries to play the role of the underdog and the good guy, but he's just the lesser or two evils compared to Putin and Russia.
The Ukraine has always been corrupt.
Zelensky can't account for the billions of dollars of aid that the United States has sent to the Ukraine. Much of it has gone into his own pockets as well as the pockets of other higher-ups in the Ukraine who now own mansions and cars and have investment accounts.
Zelensky has now been found to have sold nearly half of all the equipment like tanks and such that the US gave to the Ukraine for fighting their war, he sold them to Mexican Drug Cartels. In other words, we're giving Ukraine money and equipment that's being to our enemies to use again us.
It was only a matter of time before the rest of America figured this out. The Democrats were either getting kickbacks on the money sent to Zelensky or were totally ignorant of his evil doings.
Zelensky was a comedian before going into politics. I guess the last laugh is on us.

@LooeyVille Most if not all the selling weapons talk originated with Tucker Carlson. It also says all over the Internet it has been refuted and found to be false. Regardless of how you feel about Zelensky, Russia had no business starting a war that has killed thousands

@snowy22315 That's not even in dispute that Russia is the bad guy. What I'm saying is that Zelensky is a bad guy too. Even if he didn't directly sell US tanks to the Mexican Cartel, US tanks that we gave Ukraine have ended up in the hands of our enemies as well as in Mexico. How did that happen?

I got it from all across the Internet. Not Fox news. And regardless of the weapons, he's still a corrupt dude who has been pocketing money from funds the USA has sent.

I think a career can't really judge a person. Such as Reagon was also an actor before but it didn't matter that he was one of a great Presidents of US. Besides, nobody is perfect. As to Zelensky, I tend to think Zelensky is not that evil person. When Russia attacked Ukraine, he didn't run away although he could do so at that time. So it is not very reasonable that he took so much fortunate now because life is still the most important than wealth. If he sold so much weapons to make money, Ukrain will lose the war soon and what's the benefits for Zelensky? Perhaps he could take away so much money to run away? It is not reasonable because nothing can be so easy.

I have always been in that camp as well. Something just not right about the whole thing. We've sent nearly $100 billion to Ukraine since the war started. $67 billion of that were weapons. All I can say is I hope the war ends soon. Certainly the U.S. should provide no more support if it continues.
That being said, I don't trust Putin as far as I could throw him either. Putin is no hero, in my mind, and not a good guy either, nor is Russia even remotely an ally to the U.S. Putin's up to no good as well and has been for decades.
