Actually, it isn't even new anymore. I bought it about a month ago. So many issues with sims and getting the right one. Then finally, when I thought the whole thing was set up, and they did the transfer..my old phone stopped working, and the new phone wouldn't work!!!! I was about to go insane and contemplating my next move, when I noticed I had a message shortly after 9AM the transfer was complete.
I am not sure if there was a problem yesterday due to the extremely windy weather, or something else, but I read sometimes it can take up to 24 hours. Anyway, Thank God. I thought I was going to have to switch carriers. In the past any transfers have worked within a few minutes. Did you ever have trouble with a transfer. This was the first time it was a pain in the butt.

Motorola, it wasn't the phone's fault though. My last one was very similar to this one, and I loved it. This one has a better camera though, besides the screen on the old one had gotten slightly scratched.

Yes, I've helped people transfer their phone and it has been a problem before. I'm glad yours is working now.
Which Motorola did you have and which one did you get?
I have a Moto G7 Power and will be getting a Moto G8 Power soon.

128..this one was supposed to have a stylus..but not included. It's your basic feature smartphone. The keyboard seems a little better in this one and the camera is definitely better. The thing I like about it is the battery is long lasting in this one..and it comes with a ton of storage for a budget smartphone.

@snowy22315 Very nice! Those are the reasons I chose the G7 Power. The battery lasts 3 days with the way I use a phone and lots of memory! Same with the G8 Power that I'll have next. (No option on these for a stylus but I don't want one anyway. I've had one phone with a stylus and didn't like it.)

I just remember with my last phone, I handed it over to my brother-in-law early one morning, and by 3pm he handed me my new phone and said I could leave with it and use it however I needed to. It was like a whole new world having never had an iPhone.

Yes, but it wasn't easy. I am going to be careful what I buy next time. I didn't think this was going to be nearly as big as a deal as it turned out to be.

I didn't need this desperately, but the screen was making a little hard to type plus the battery needed to be charged all the time.

Make sure you get one that is affiliated with your carrier, if you don't you might have some trouble, or alot of it as this turned out to be.
