Toilets in planes

I have travelled a lot by plane and my worst experience is to use those toilets in planes The space is tiny and the door unpredictable.
Once I got trapped inside as I could not open the door I had to bang it several times hoping someone outside will hear me and open it There was someone who was waiting to get in and he opened the door.
Travelling by plane is expensive and the least they could do is to make life of passengers comfortable by providing more comfortable rest rooms that can be esily closed and opened.

That space is too little to move around and the door - less we talk about it the better
