Spring Rolls.

I really like this dish. Though I know how to do this, I seldom do this because it entails a lot of work on the preparation prior to cooking. I'm sure you know that this is made of ground pork but when you do it at home, you have the option to use ground beef or chicken or half-half. Then the finely chop carrots, onions, and eggs. I post this because I am craving for this.

I tried making it one time and it took me several hours to roll them up, lesson learned. I will just order them too

@rakski I made homemade crab Rangoon once. It was DELICIOUS. But boy, was it a TON of work.

I have spring rolls here Not sure how many calories are in them, if not too high, I might eat one for a snack. Those look good

My mom always do a prep for that and store it in the freezer so we can just fry it anytime we want. thhe stack will last for only one week. I think more than that is not healthy anymore.
