Recently while in office, I noticed that voice of the people in authority has a crucial role in their ability to gain trust. A part from the clarity of the speech, the tone and pitch, the voice modulation can influence how people perceive sincerity and confidence. A warm voice seems more trustworthy while a shaky voice definitely creates doubts on his confidence. I did hear some leaders undergo vocal training to overcome these issues.
In our daily lives, we tend to trust certain voices that convey warmth and empathy. We feel they are more authentic compared to others. We all love a calm and relaxing voice when we hear from a doctor or a customer executive. Do you believe that voice is a powerful tool and can be used to gain trust?

Someone with a voice of authority will naturally be listened to.

Nice voice often gets us to trust them. I cannot speak about genuineness of their opinions but atleast they are largely accepted!

@RevivedWarrior Someone who speaks firm and with confidence is someone to admire. A squeaky, high pitched voice on a man is...hard to take seriously. lol

I feel the voice modulation does have an impact on our judgement of the person. Atleast I am seeing that on my management people.

The right modulation is what we all appreciate and you are right a high voice seem startling and soft spoken may not seem confident enough. Thanks for sharing!

Surely it does. How a point is made either by raising one's tone or keeping it mild

I have worked with those who served in the military and they have self-confidence to get their message across clearly.
One cannot be a mouse in a military camp.
The basic need is to take care of others' interests like we do our own.
I did that to such an extent I put the interests of colleagues and employers first.
Then rewards follow.
That led to a life of fulfillment.

Excellent points. In military officers , the voice modulation would be excellent as they convey point sharp and quick.
