I saw this recipe online at some point several years ago, and thought it sounded good, and it is delicious. It tastes like a restaurant meal easy to make too. You use a small bag of tilapia, top with salsa, shredded cheesecrushed totialla chips, and whatever else you want, sour cream, plain yogurt, avocado or black olives or all of the above. I think the original recipe called for sour cream and avocado. Anyway, this is good and pretty healthy too. You don't use massive quantities of anything. What is one of your favorite dinners?

I've never tried it, but I love fish and olives.

I forgot the shredded cheese. It's actually a weight watchers recipe. I like black olives, but with avocado it's better

They sell a lot of it here. It's an affordable white fish.

Lamb and lamb chops aren't very popular here, not readily available except during the holidays.

@snowy22315 I find that a bit strange. Years ago I think the whole country lived on lamb but there are a lot now who don't like it or have never tried it. And it's expensive.
