Off duty fire captain saves the lives of three persons in a house fire

Pamelia Volunteer Fire Department Captain Nicole A. French was in the area in New York on Valentine's Day when she received on her pager when she was running errands with her husband when she answered an emergency call about a house on fire in Dexter New York. Nicole was in the area when she received an emergency call for help while and her husband were running errands. Nicole then arrived at the scene of the burning home and she was able to rescue three elderly persons out of the home before the Watertown Firefighters arrived to rescue the fourth person safely. The relatives of the fire victims are persons that Nicole and the firefighters rescued are grateful that she did her duty to save their lives on Valentine's Day. It was good that a trained person could get to that scene, and save the situation, like that, as perhaps it might have ended differently, if she had not gotten there before the firefighters.
