Glad I Tried Today

Since my heat bulb decided it was done working. I would not have been happy about running back to the store for one. But I was thinking about getting a new one to have on hand in case. Something was telling me to be prepared. I will get 2 tomorrow to be safe.
Enjoyed the peace and got the tote ready for the chicks. Except heat right now. Then I did the dishes and now Rosie bot and Posie bot are sweeping. I might not have done that but Fuzzy kitten knocked a plant down so I had to put Rosie bot to work. She wants Posie bot to work at the same time 
It did get to 19 F today. Not bad after the single digits. But it needs to warm up more. Hubby said there is still snow on the roads in some spots.
I just need to do my grocery list and I will be done for the day. Hope you had a good day.

Well, we did have fairly clear roads this morning. There was a bit of snow about 11am, then nothing all day, but it's snowed lightly since about 6pm, so we added a few more inches. But on the positive side, it covered up the ice that formed in the driveway--not that it was warm enough today to thaw by any means, but we had about 2 hours of sunshine, and it had melted the driveway into puddles...that are ice now. So it's ok. Supposed to start melting Saturday.

I watched a truck skid off the street in front of our house this afternoon and into a yard. The grader didn't do a good job on the street.
We only got up to 9F today. Hopefully it will be warmer tomorrow.
I did dishes, swept the kitchen and cleaned the counters.

@wolfgirl569 We started off at -7F this morning and are only supposed to reach 17F as a high today. The street in front of the house looks like a solid sheet of ice from the traffic yesterday. The city didn't plow it again.
I've done dishes and eaten after taking my meds this morning. I'm not planning on doing anything else today.
And no, it won't. I'll still tease you about the nasty weather you get.
