What's for din? February 19th 2025

Its been a bit since I've done one of these. Which is funny because I have pictures of the last several nights of food. But anyway, I figured I would throw this out there. It wasn't an exciting dinner, but both kids had medical stuff tonight, and I just wasn't feeling it for cooking cooking. So I did it easy. Three ingredients. Crescent rolls, motz cheese and pepperoni. Roll it up and boom. Homemade pizza rolls. So that's what was for dinner tonight. What did you have for dinner?

How can those be pizza rolls without pizza sauce? Plus, could you spare the cheese there? lol. I am NOT picking on you. I'm just saying mine would be rather "loaded." In fact, you have given me an idea. I will take a picture and post about it when I make mine. For whatever it's worth. For dinner I made up a batch of scrambled eggs with ham, shredded cheese, onions and green pepper with buttered toast on the side. Yummy.

@porwest Listen you deal with two kids and doctors appointments, girlfriends, student council and a raging lung infection and then we can talk about spreading cheese. I'm sure you'll complain about tonights cheese spreading too lol

Those are always people pleasers. I had a low fat version of chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t close to as good as a full fat version.

I had chicken alfredo last night too! it is better with alfredo. haha. I wanna try to make copycat cheesy puff things from little ceasars.

Sounds very tasty. I like them with lots of slices of red onion and tomato. Tonight it was lamb steaks with lots of steam veg

That sounds like an easy and delicious recipe! I haven't had dinner yet, but I did have a light, cheese sandwich for lunch. I don't have an appetite today.
