The mustard plantations in Bengal yield the mustard at this time of the year. The mustard fields look beautiful. In bengal mustard is used both as a paste called sorshe bata and also mustard is very famous. It is used to cook fishes and also applied on hair and skin.

thanks Rakski for the hair mustard oil adds hair and is good for growth. For skin it is applied for good skin quality
