Return and refunds

It is good that Amazon.in does not question me much when I want to return something that I do not like Although there is a rule no food items can be returned. I have written to them and they have refunded me the payment and have asked me not to return the stuff.
I have been dealing with Amazon.in for years and find it to be the best Site when it comes to online shopping.
I just returned this kaftan and here again many a time clothes cannot be returned but they accepted the return and refunded me
Amazon.in is my choice. What is yours?

Amazon is pretty good about returns. I received some cookies that were in crumbs, but I finally convinced them I deserved a refund.
