Will I see this again

It is February and the bougainvillea have yet to bloom the way you see in the photo.
Nature has meesed up my garden in several ways The wild trees have blocked the sun Heavy rain at wrong times has stopped flowers from blooming specially the bougainville
The bougainvillea enjoys dry weather but till January it has been raining Normally they start blooming around September
I have accepted it and moved on

I had several colours and I took it for granted when they were in full bloom year in and year out
