I'm Bundled Up In Layers

The girls still wanted to get together at the local restaurant and play cards and have lunch today despite it being 8F degrees out and 1.5" of snow on the ground. So I'm double bundled up. I'm wearing leggings underneath my pants and I'm wearing a hoodie underneath my puffy coat. I'll head out in about 30 minutes. Hubby just left to go to lab to get blood drawn for bloodwork in advance of his doctor appointment next week. He kind of hinted that he wanted to drive me, but I am okay driving in the snow and I want to drive myself today. I want to prove to myself that I can do it.

Stay warm is important in cold weather. Trust me, I would put on more than you in this kind of weather and I don't mind I look like a bear
