Trapped by my kitty

Nico climbed up here on me aout 20 minutes ago and went to sleep. Sadly, I need more coffee. These kinds of things happen frequently around here. He is happy on mama, and might decide to meow otherwise, but I can't just let him sit here until he decides to move. Do you ever get trapped by your pets? Oh the close proximity made me sneeze just now, and he headed for the hills..yay!

It's not that adorable when you want to get up and do something and kitty has other ideas. However, I do like when he sits with me most of the time.

Oh yeah. Morning, noon and especially night. Beau Teak Siamese is going through another round of a snotty nose. He insists on sleeping quite close to my face at night. I have often woke enough to turn his body around so that he is not sneezing full on me. Love me my feline kids.

@snowy22315 I can't remember the last time I didn't have a cat in my house. Dorm days?? No shock to you that I worked for a while in a cat clinic.

@sallypup Ever since I have been about 27 I have consistently had a cat or 2. Before that it was kind of sporadic.I was kind of moving around

Our last dog, Nayla, used to believe that she was a lapdog, she just liked to curl up on your lap and have you cover her-she was always cold. And if you wanted to get up it was fine, but you had to carry her, she wouldn't be happy if you put her down beside where you were sitting. It is so nice to be loved.

Jax friend's dog is always happiest under a blanket, and having a lap to go along with it, is just gravy.

That's one way to get rid of him.

Yep, he loves to crawl all over me especially when it's cold. It gets to be a bit much sometimes.

I think I wouldn't have any problem moving a pet off of me, no matter how much I love and respect them. I got my boundaries too. But I'd understand if they were to get offended and avoid you the next hours/days.

I hate to move Sadie once she gets comfortable. It makes me feel guilty.

Kitty hers me. I think she is part border collie. Yes, a good sneeze can send them bouncing away.

She hers you? Ya mean the head butting, and trapping? I think you meant to say herds from your Border Collie comment. Nico would be herding me to his food dish 24/7.
