Encountered error while redeeming Gift Voucher

I have received Amazon Gift Voucher for successfully completing a set of surveys in a website & I was very excited about it. I wanted to buy few novels on Amazon with that money, so was eager to redeem it. But my luck isn't that great today - I encountered some error while redeeming it. Amazon was asking for a 14 digit alpha-numeric code, whereas the GV consisted of 16 digit numbers only. I have flagged the concern with the customer support of the survey site & they asked for the error screenshot. They are investigating it, not sure how much time it will take.
