How to wake up referrals

I have a few referrals who became my down line in Mylot. But they are not posting anything. Any suggestion how to wake them up. So that they start posting and earn for themselves and me. I don't know the mail address of many because i got them under me through my referral link in Advertisements.

You can send the a private message. That will get emailed directly to their private email account. They will at least have to log in to view the message.

For that i've to send them a friend request and if they are not logging then its of no use.
