1 hour done and now waiting on the 2nd student

She's usually pretty good about logging in but she's a few minutes late. I wait 10 minutes and then I'm done. Since this is a *new* homebound I will still get paid if she no-shows. Fine with me!
At 5 I have an hour with a different student. She has no-showed before but has logged in more times than not. If she doesn't show then I won't get paid for that which will be a bummer because I can always use the extra money. . . but I am exhausted after a long week of doing all of this so I won't be too upset.

yes that is position of freelancers. I also allot interview slots for my candidates. Those who take morning slots (indian standard time) 50% do not turn up and out of them 50% will seek postponed slot. others may drop because of problem of answering interview questions and to avoid feeling of not being able to answer. good day
