I just call them baby birds Sitting in my favourite corner I can see the bird bath and different species of birds frolicking in there.
These baby birds come in flocks and I watch them bathing in the shallows. They are afraid to get into the deep which is actualy not more than four inches
In contrast even peacocks have tried to have a go at the bird bath. They can only dip their legs and may be quench their thirst.

I have a bird bath on my deck. The robins love taking a dip in there.
