What's for dinner? Feb 21 2025

HEY! It's Friday! We made it to the end of another week! It's also chili and cornbread night! So yay again. The cornbread should be done in about five minutes and I think I actually managed to time it right so the chili will be done at the same time. I think I will make some homemade peanut butter cookies later too! So that's what is going on the table here. What is going on your table?

That sounds and looks really good. I had crustless chicken pot pie. No potatoes though. I only like mashed potatoes or a nice loaded baked potato. Not that I eat those often either.

I will pass on the cornbread. But the chili looks awesome! For dinner I made chicken stir-fried rice.
