It may appear philosophical. I am surprised that I have started thinking on these lines. It is obviously due to our becoming OLD. I am aware of the phrase we should not feel OLD.
Our elders--parents, uncles, aunties --have departed from this material world. Some of us might have had happy experiences. For me as it may be for many others it is a mixture of good and bad. Good experiences are welcomed but bad experienced causes mental agony, anxiety. I reconcile that after all every thing is changing and why to bother.
Inspite of this during some nights it will be difficult to get sleep especially on days when I sleep during day time. also i tell that things will improve yes certainly improve . this gives relaxation.
True meditation helps me on many days.

As the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus said, “There is nothing permanent except change.”
