So you want to bring down the payroll...good...very good... But laying off? What does it do? 1. Stops the education of children of the people, making the Americans less educated than those coming in. No prizes for guessing who will be getting better paid jobs. 2. Those who are employed from fairly long, usually have mortgages or other debts. By laying them off, the banking sector has to face the music. 3. Job insecurity leads to stress build up, which can manifest as mass shooting or other offensive acts. At the best, the person may have a massive cardiac arrest, and the healthcare bill will go up. Who foots the bill? American healthcare system. So...the money is spent anyway. So maybe the blond President would like to change the perspective... 1. Instead of increasing the pay, freeze it or lower it. Let increments be results oriented. 2. Ask banks not to give loans to x, y, z, if they have a bad credit history.

On the contrary. What's bad for the economy is employing people who are unnecessary. It DRAINS from the economy and deters productivity that can be used to produce things of value that BETTERS the economy and the people within it.

I agree about employing people who are unnecessary. That said, sometimes, people become redundant...new technologies make them unnecessary. But their mortgages are not paid, their children are not educated, they have not saved enough for retirement. Their plans are disturbed...with sudden decisions. A decent change in work...or additional new responsibilities to ensure that the person is employable. The collateral damage is equally bad....the healthcare costs, and possible violence....or children discontinuing education and not being taxpayers. A balance means.........slight change in plan...ok...you are employed, no fresh recruitment for another five years,....but since this is considerate employment, you will continue to be employed for another seven years, please plan to complete your mortgages etc. There will not be increase in salaries etc. The decision is of the person then...how they can plan the cash flows. Fair chance needs to be given, once the person has had kids, or there are mortgages and other financial commitments are in place.

Blonds are like stray dogs...untamed. They cannot be reasoned with...the dog I feed, I give her the food, a little bit extra thinking she might remain hungry...but does she finish everything in the plate...NOPE...royalty that she is, she eats only how much she needs and moves away,,,..when I ask her to return to her plate...she gives me a defiant look..."I will not...what you gonna do"...I sure can understand your frustration. LOL

Our government in the US is massively bloated and under productive. This will trim some of the fat and maybe encourage those left to actually do their jobs in a timely manner. The government is very inefficient.

President Trump is getting rid of the people who are getting paid for not working and collecting a pay check. Some of the employees are giving money to people who are committing fraud, there are no people alive at 150 - 250 years old. I am business oriented so I understand the process, get rid of the sit on the butt people, do nothing but collect money, and pay the people who actually do the job. This actually helps the USA
