Are You Pro Peeps or Anti Peeps?

Peeps are marshmallow abominations . . . err, I mean candies that were invented in 1953 in Pennsylvania.
You wanna know what they're made of? Sugar, corn syrup, gelatin, food dyes and salt.
They used to only come out at Easter time but now it's my understanding that they might maybe also make Valentines, Christmas, and Halloween Peeps. I'm not really sure.
They've been a staple for kids Easter baskets for decades.
They originally were only shaped like baby chicks (hence the name Peeps) but they've evolved into bunnies and other shapes as well.
Neither my husband nor I, both big sweets lovers, can stand Peeps. We hate them.
Where do you weigh in on the Peeps debate?

Many, many candies are going to be drastically changed or eliminated. Skittles, M&M's, etc...if they have yellow #5 or some other toxic ingredients, they are on Kennedy's chopping block. Should have happened a long time ago.

Not a big peeps fan. Once every five years will do me fine. Sis would refuse to eat peeps if she got them in her Easter basket saying they were too cute to eat. I did not have any reservations about them, but not a favorite.

I like the looks of the food but due to health restrictions, I cannot eat sugary foods.

No peeps for me…don’t like that marshmallow thing, either.

I used to love peeps once a year at Halloween time. When they started being around for other Holidays I loss interest and quit buying them.
