Another pair of speakers ready to go home.

I am done with the pair of JBL L-100s I have been working on. I think they look good. I will charge about $160 for my work. It's not much, but it is more than I will make on MyLot this year.
I hope they find their way into someone's living room, and grace said living room for many decades. I think their owner wants to gift them to a friend. He got them for virtually nothing.
It took a month to get them to this point. But it was slow and steady (and enjoyable) work.
Do you still listen to music through a "stereo" system. If not, do you know people who do? I often listen to music on my computer with my Sennheiser HD-280 Pro headphones on. But I still listen to my "real" stereo now and again.

Viince is always going on about speakers and if the sound is good or bad. I don't seem to be that discerning.

Seems you have put lot of time and effort into restoring the JBL-L-100s. I am sure the new owner would definitely appreciate those efforts. $160 does not seem much, the satisfaction of bringing life back to those speakers are much more rewarding. It is great to see they will continue to be enjoyed, especially like a thoughtful gift. I believe there are people who listen to music through proper stereo setup. I do agree streaming and headphones have taken more prominence now. The Sennheiser HD-280 headphones are a solid choice- heard and read reviews they offer good sound quality. Take care!
