Yesterday was the Saudi Founding Day and today is just an extension of the celebration. So, it is a holiday for us. It is a Sunday here and supposedly the start of our work this week and the start of the class for the 4th Semester.
But today I am just enjoying the free day while making use of the time studying and catching up with my lessons in my two courses for the Language and Literacy Education I am pursuing at the University of the Philippines Open University. Let alone, editing my books for much better versions.
And my breakfast for today consists of eggs, green peas, corn and a cup of coffee. How is everybody doing so far? What did you have for your breakfast?

It is still too early for breakfast for me. I take my morning meds at 6 am and then will eat a breakfast sandwich (sausage, eggs and cheese on a croissant). If I don't eat after taking my meds, then the meds can make me sick.
I'm glad you enjoyed your breakfast.

Oh, I like green peas and corn!
And eggs, of course. I often have eggs for breakfast even if it’s whites only most of the time to save some calories I later invest in cocoa powder and other stuff.
So my breakfast is usually sweet, I like having mug cakes.
