I am not in America and I do not eat beef

Everything is pricey now a days.

No, I don't eat beef. Very occassionally we eat chicken.

This will let you see the per pound prices of what I am paying here for beef, course, I buy it very rarely. You can see the price per pound for each example. These are the cheapest around here..Walmart of course.

I love beef and all meat. I stretch what I buy by putting meat in stews, soups, chili and spaghetti.

I do eat eggs and I do live in America. I don't eat beef.

I'd love to pay that for beef. It's at least double that here.

Beef has been the traditionally cheaper meat to buy (here at least) which is why it is so popular. We ate so much of it growing up, both my sister and I rarely eat it now. It was just what my parents could afford. We’d have chicken too, but beef was cheaper. Neither eggs nor beef are a staple in my diet.

We do eat beef and eggs. Beef prices depend on the type and cut . . . I look for deep sales and can get it cheaper than 11.97 a pound in most cases. Eggs are pricey here, but I go to a store which has the lowest priced eggs at the moment. In all honestly, everything has gone up in prices.

Beef is popular here, as is eggs. The cost comes largely in how the animals are raised. often importing grains and sometimes hormones to feed the animals. In the case of eggs, there are trends, based on weather patterns and laying habbits. In the winter months, hens tend to less less to none at all then they do in spring and summmer. so supply and demand.

I think AMerica are pretty scared bird flu will jump to humans, at least a 40% killer, at least.

I like my meat but at that price I'll stick with frozen pot pies & beritos eggs I can live without as I don't need the cholesterol.

Diets such as keto and carnivore are becoming more and more popular in the US while the price of eggs (and now beef) keeps on increasing, that’s ironic but not fun, for sure. I don’t eat a lot of beef but eggs… they’re also required to make sweet dishes such as cakes!

I usually use ground turkey instead of beef. I rarely buy steaks and such.Pork is fairly affordable here too.

Eggs are. But beef ofcourse not. I am a Hindu.
