Good Old Arguing

My ex-husband and my sister-in-law's brother are arguing next door at my brother's house. I have no idea about what, and I don't want to know. All I know is that they are arguing and my sister-in-law is venting about it to my papa in his study.
My grandma just came over 45 minutes ago to have Sunday dinner with us. She only visits once a month. As usual, my mama is angry because my grandma didn't call first before visiting. Also, they are arguing in the kitchen over dinner. My mama doesn't want my grandma cooking in her kitchen or anyone else for that matter. It's her kitchen, her rules. My grandma thinks that if she keeps arguing with her, my mama will eventually give in. Well, that's not happening and they are still arguing. It's been more than 20 minutes and my mama already finished cooking dinner before my grandma even came over. She was just about to set the table when my grandma came over. My grandma wants to cook her own dishes instead as usual. Both my mama and my grandma are hoping that my papa will intervene and take one of their sides, but that won't happen. He can't choose whose side to take, his wife's or his mama's, so he is hiding in his study as usual when this happens. This time he has to listen to his daughter-in-law's nasally voice on top of the two women's arguing.
I don't even want to intervene because I simply have no energy to get out of bed. I will just stay right here in bed and listen to everything happening outside my bedroom door. My lights are off and I'm battling my chest pain. It'll get even better if the two creeps come over and they argue here as well. Let's have a chaotic Sunday.

No wonder you're sick, to much negativity.

Exactly. Too much negativity is detrimental to one's health.

The soonest ever you must get out of there, but I know your health.

Thank you. I want to get out, but my health problems and my finances are hindering me. I have to go to the hospital for another checkup and more antibiotics today. I can't drive myself today. I need my parents to drive me.

@sjvg1976 Toxic people don't have the awareness to acknowledge that they are toxic. It is what it is.

With all that arguing going on I'd go get me a hotel
till they settled things out & not tell them anything.

I wish. I don't have that kind of money. I'm down to my last $200 this month and then I'm completely broke.

Yes, when they were this loud and the voices were overlapping, what was I supposed to do? It's a regular occurrence anyway.

Wow, that's terrible. When you're with a big family, there's a lot of fighting. It's a waste of energy. I have been renting a very small room, it is only 40 square meters, I can live on my own, no one disturbs.

You are very lucky. I would like to move out and live far away from my family to have some peace and quiet in my life.
