Thank you all for sending good thoughts and prayers his way! My son got the job he was after. Now to give two weeks notice to the job he is at without just walking away from it and he will be starting in about 3 weeks at a much slower paced fire station. This Mama is happy!
I hope everyone is well.

That is a great news! Very happy for your son and looks like a great opportunity for him. Giving two weeks’ notice is a smart move apart from the legal formalities. It will keep everything professional for him. Now he can relax a bit and prepare himself for the new job prospects and life. I can only imagine how relieved and proud you are of this great news! Given your situation , this is definitely a big positive news. I do remember when I shared the news of me getting a job with my parents and the relieved look they had. Wishing him all the best in his new role and a smooth transition. Wish him a better life. Have a great time!
