Planning to visit a cousin

My cousin in Cavite and I agreed to visit our cousin in Laguna. We also agreed that it would be on a Thursday since on Saturday, she will pick up her granddaughter at the UP Campus, Los Banos. However, it seems that I'm not anymore interested with this set-up. I'm planning to tell her about the change in my mind.
Do you also experience having an agreement with someone and change? I'm hesitant to tell her yet because I don't want to make her feel bad. She already expected what we agreed upon.

No, because I'm too much of a coward to tell someone I changed my mind. I don't have any friends so there's really no one for me to hang out with anyway.

@lilacskies I haven't told her yet. We seldom chat though I always see her online. I guess, she's busy on something more important. I'll try to message her one of these days or I'll just visit when I have time.

If I change my mind, I just tell the other person that I can't make the planned activity. They will understand that other things can come up so plans change.
