Planning to visit a cousin

My cousin in Cavite and I agreed to visit our cousin in Laguna. We also agreed that it would be on a Thursday since on Saturday, she will pick up her granddaughter at the UP Campus, Los Banos. However, it seems that I'm not anymore interested with this set-up. I'm planning to tell her about the change in my mind. Do you also experience having an agreement with someone and change? I'm hesitant to tell her yet because I don't want to make her feel bad. She already expected what we agreed upon.

If I change my mind, I just tell the other person that I can't make the planned activity. They will understand that other things can come up so plans change.

you can hesitate but truth needs to be told cause, it gets harder by time.
