Nordstrom Sending More Updates

I am impressed by how the Nordstrom website keeps me informed about my purchases from the moment I purchase something until I receive it. I have two orders coming from other states and Nordstrom has been sending me emails about the transit status and will do so until the orders are delivered. I love being informed like this instead of having to look up the tracking statuses myself from the FedEx website.
I also appreciate that they included a link for the tracking statuses in the emails so if I want to look them up myself, I am free to do so. I ordered 4 pairs of winter socks separately on the 22nd. I already received 2 pairs yesterday. I will receive the last 2 by tomorrow as per the emails I am receiving.
I am really loving the Nordstrom website. I'm just going to be a repeat buyer with them from now on. For good.

@lilacskies .......I use QVC, HSN, and sometime Kohl's. I like the first two a lot. They let make payments on items. Not too many places do that anymore.

@lilacskies I had to buy my little one new shoes at kohls and had to add pjs because I hadn’t reached the total to get free shipping. I hate that!

Thank you. I only buy my necessities on Amazon, so now that I switched over to Nordstrom, the same will apply.

I love when companies give tracking statuses, it makes it easier to know when the delivery happens. I might forget or, like you said, stalk the shipping company site.

Haha Yes. It makes it easier. I don't like looking up the tracking status everyday so I like these updates emailed to me.

Thank you. That has been the only positive thing to happen to me this week so I keep raving about it. I think I already made four posts about this website because I'm so shocked. I wasted so much money on shipping fees from Amazon. I've switched over to Nordstrom this month and am so pleased.
