What's for dinner? February 25

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! Tonight I'm having pan-seared skirt steak rubbed with a lemon rosemary sea salt blend that I received from my Secret Pal. Love it! To go with will be balsamic marinated mini cucumber slices with the GOOD balsamic that my friend brought me from Italy. I'm also doing an herby (cilantro) fried corn from Rick Bayless. I'm mashing up Italian and Mexican. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having?

Just read about someone else having skirt steak. I had the biggest meal I have had in a long time, Chicken thighs, tater tots, and spinach,

I made faux meatballs this morning. I am heating up egg noodles and broccoli with them. We finished the cake earlier but we do have thawed plums if we need dessert.

Oh, wow...Lemon and rosemary sea salt sounds wonderful to be inventive with. I haven't seen or else not noticed this flavor. But it does sound really good.
