Whats better than one award?, How about two?! ??
Beyond blessed to receive two awards in one year, Highest ROCA in our specialty flooring division 33.5% and Most improved ROCA year over year
12.2%!
I love my job and what I do, being recognized and celebrated for it at work is a wonderful feeling. I worked really hard to earn these two plaques and look forward to doing a great job.
Looking forward to many more years in this amazing company!

I highly appreciate your achievement. I've resigned from my job and now have a small business of my own.

It's hard to find someone so relishing of their job or employer. I felt that way about a pest management company I worked for that I unfortunately had to leave when I relocated. When you find one like that, it's a prize in and of itself.
So, what exactly is ROCA?

I agree, ROCA stands for Returns on controlled assests, so pretty much a number that measures how profitable you are from a month to month bases after all employees, utilities, part and suppplies is paid for etc, company considers anything north of 24% a win, we ended the year overall with a 33.5%

@BACONSTRIPSXXX Makes perfect sense. Not familiar with the rental world, but the rental world certainly deals with controlled assets that offers returns.
