Do you like your milk with less or more fat?

Standard fat here is 2.8% Not sure who determined it but yeah, always that number. Since i'm not a big fan of milk, every percentage for me it counts actually,my senses roger me which is good and which isn't.
I once tried milk with 1,5% of fat and it was so light but more expensive and i couldn't find it in every store.
Visiting one store where i'm not returning due to their awful treatment of me as a customer, having digital coupons, i won free milk but with 3.2% of fat. I thought i was going to pass out but it was okay, actually and for my only means to use: for cereals and in some meals.

I tried skimmed milk once and it sucked.
I’d rather add protein powder to water than have skimmed milk.
Partially skimmed is the most common here and it’s almost 2% fat. I buy whole and it’s 3,5%. If fat is an issue I’ll just drink less, but I’m too used to the taste and creaminess of whole I can’t have any other milk. Even plant-based milk is meh.

i was very surprised that this one was stil good. doctors always scared us here that everything with fat is unhelathy so i thought it would be gross but it was good and with 2.8% is also good. milk have proteins but if they don't, i'm glad you add them, we need them

@grenery8 Milk has protein but very little. Protein powder has way more and can taste like vanilla, chocolate and so on.
Yeah, saturated fats especially have a bad reputation. Sugars too lately, who knows what the next trend might be but I believe you can have everything in moderation. Fat is still needed to absorb some vitamins, in fact I take A, C and D with whole milk.

The milk available here is graded as well. We can buy whole milk, 2%, 1%, or skim. I am not a milk drinker. The son likes 2% on his cereals/oatmeal, so that's what we purchase.

We can also buy regular cream for coffee, or what is called heavy cream or whipping cream, which can be whipped into whipped cream for desserts, etc. Of course, the creams have the highest fat content of any of them.

@grenery8 I consider the price worth it when I don't get sick after using it in my food.

My doctor told me to drink oat milk, which I've been doing for a while. Before that I drank 1% fat milk.
