I am a very thankful person.
No, my life is not perfect, but my life is happy and full of joy and love.
Today is my husband's birthday. I am very blessed to have such a wonderful and caring man in my life. 
I give thanks for him every single day.
He had a really wonderful day today, the twins sang to him this morning, our daughter-in-law and son gave him birthday hugs and wishes. We will celebrate together on the weekend. I gave him a nice lightweight, yet warm jacket, for this time of the year when something lighter is helpful. I recorded him opening his gift. It was wrapped in Baby Shark wrapping paper-the girl's current favorite. We sang the song as he opened it and when our son showed the girls they were so happy.
I made him a birthday cake and some cupcakes. he and the girls can enjoy the cupcakes tomorrow after they finish their lunch. The girls love chocolate. It is amazing how easy it is for the to pronounce that 3-syllabel word.

It's so sweet how much love you have for your husband. You two are lucky to have each other. I'm glad he had a wonderful day today. How old did he turn today?

Thank you, we met and it was literally love at first sight back when we were teenagers.
We dated for 4 years, 6 months and 4 days before our wedding day.
One of his sisters sent out a group chat to the other 7 siblings announcing that her daughter is expecting her first baby, in Sept. I was disappointed as she could have just wished him a happy birthday as it is a bit early to announce a pregnancy that early. In our family we always wait until after the first trimester.

He quietly told another grandparent, a good friend, at play group today, and before too long, she was texting the other parents that they are friendly with and before too long everyone knew! He wanted to keep it quiet. At the end of the playgroup session, all of the staff girls came in and made an announcement that it was his birthday and lead everyone in singing the birthday song to him. Harper and Willow were in their glory.
I am just thankful that someone so deserving had a really wonderful day.
I will feel the same come this Saturday when you celebrate your birthday.

He is a pretty private and quiet guy-I'm the talker in the family.
He really doesn't like alot of attention on his birthday, he keeps it private.
The only time that he would let anyone outside of the family or close friends know, was his last job because they gave you your birthday off with pay. And he couldn't turn that down.
