Oscar Winning Actor Gene Hackman Has Died

Oh, this news hit me hard this morning. I really liked him. He was 95. I have seen so many of his movies, whether he was playing a good guy, a bad guy, or a weirdo. He was great at all of them. I remember him in Bonnie and Clyde, Birdcage, Superman, The Royal Tenenbaums, Unforgiven, Young Frankenstein, The Firm, and Heist. Plus many many more. But what I can't understand, and the news report I read didn't elaborate, is that he was "found dead along with his wife" at his home. They died together? How did he die? Well, I mean being 95 is a big blue as to why he might have died, but the obscure reference to finding him dead at home along with his wife has me wondering what happened. Oh wait, I just saw another article that said his dog was also dead at the scene. What the hell? They said no foul play suspected. Anyway, Rest in Peace Gene Hackman.
