Physical Therapy

Had physical therapy today they had a cancellation today and tomorrow so I took both and I have to say it felt good but it was very tiring I pushed myself I took a break when so redesign it but if I do not do it I will not get better and I want to get better.

Me also summer is coming before I know it and I want to be able to do the fun things we do in the summer

@lilacskies I want to go canoeing but it calls for sitting for a long period of time time will tell if I will be able to do it or not

From what I have seen, therapy is very, very important for stroke victims--it can make or break your recovery, if you don't participate. I am so glad to hear that you are willing and able to try hard to do the therapy, it will pay off in the end, Go, Tina!!

Yes I am doing it the people that do not do it just means that they do not want to get better and I want to get better so I am doing it

It is for sure yesterday after physical therapy my hip hurt so bad that I had to take a Tylenol

Right but in my case it is pain I had to take a Tylenol because my hip was hurting so bad after yesterday.
