Nordstrom Orders Arrived On Time

I made four separate purchases of winter socks on the Nordstrom website and they have all arrived on time, including the two that arrived today. None of them came with paper receipts because the website sent electronic receipts to my email when I made the purchases. They all came in perfect condition packed in brown cardboard boxes with brown packing paper. There were no shipping fees at all. Only sales tax.
I made one more order last night, and that's a pendant for my grandma's birthday. That has already been shipped early this morning and an electronic receipt with the tracking number was sent to my email. I checked the tracking number and it's already in transit from another state.
The shipping company for my orders were FedEx, but they use other shipping companies depending on the item you buy and the state the item is being shipped from as well. I am very pleased with the Nordstrom website, and will be a repeat buyer from here on out. I can't speak for the department store because I have never shopped there. Only the website.

@BelleStarr Haha Don't we all? I'm not even going to bother with looking for bargains on Amazon anymore. Also, I'm going to save money on gas by not visiting any thrift stores for the time being. I'm going to shop on this site for my family's gifts and my necessities.

Glad they all came in good condition. We do not like our fed ex here if they could they would pull their vehicle right up to the porch so they would not have to walk that far. And they are always bad about putting it where it should not go and is not knowing it was delivered.

@lilacskies Most of our stuff gets delivers postal service or UPS but now that we have a amazon facility anything we order from Amazon which we order a lot now comes from the amazon facility. They are another service here that can be bad.

Since FedEx is their main shipping company, it would be best to avoid this site due to your poor experiences with the shipping company. However, if you are ever interested in purchasing on the website, please remember the free shipping for everything!

@Tina30219 I hope UPS is working out for you. Amazon is a tough one for me. I've moved on from using Amazon to Nordstrom last month.

How nice to find a store that gives you such a satisfying experience. That's how I feel about the HSN and QVC experiences I have had. That's great.

I highly recommend the website. I can't speak for the physical store though. It's quite different from the website and has higher prices on everything. I would be overwhelmed and intimidated with my tight budget. The website has a sale section that is very affordable. Lots of items under $5. Everything free shipping. Thank you so much!

I don't think they offer free shipping for international orders or I'd have given them a try, but I'm glad you can and have been taking advantage of that.
Is the pendant for the grandma that "has a life"?
