I did. I took a couple of pain killers for my oncoming headache and whatever else was giving me grief and I announced, "In an hour I'm headed out of here!" Poor picked on hubby. He gets up later in the morning then I do, has a bowl of cereal and falls asleep in his chair for a bit. He was a good guy. He said he'd go with me. We bundled the dogs into the car and down the freeway we went to the state park that I am smitten with. Oh my Moxe pup was a character. She reminded me of a colt let out into the Spring air. She made my shoulder and hand hurt more than once. I'm sure the fir trees and lake and just everything had her senses buzzing. Kind of like me going into a doughnut shop- that's how Moxe acted. Healthy pup for sure. The soft path we walked probably is more of a path headed toward picnic tables than a trail. I just needed to be among trees for a bit. It's joy to me. I hope everyone here found some nose popping joy today, just like Moxe did.
