The docotor says it is my knees that need care and has suggested some light physiotherapy moves and greater care. If this is not done then it may lead to surgery.
I woud rather take care and go for those light physiotherapy moves.
It may have aggravated because of the weight cuff exercies I did as per the other physiotherapist.
This doctor I went to today had treated me when I had met with that accident nineteen years ago

So you just need to be more gentle with the exercises, I really hope it will be enough because surgery is not fun at all. Wish you the best!

@allknowing Like collagen? Or vitamins? It can take a while to be effective but I think it works. It's indeed challenging, but you're strong.

@Dreamerby With the medicine improvement, I would like to think that it is increasingly better in old age surgery.

If the right exercises or PT moves can help you are much better off. I see you have a history with this doctor.

It is good to see that you are taking your doctor's advice seriously and looking for light physiotherapy. Prevention is better than cure and, in this case, better than surgery. So, focusing on careful movement and therapy is a good choice. The weight cuff exercises perhaps could put some strain on your knees, even can worsen the condition. I can understand your frustration when different physiotherapists give conflicting advice. Good thing is this doctor has a history of treating you and is familiar with your medical background. Since they helped you recover from your accident few years ago, probably we can trust their judgment and treatment. Prioritizing knee care now would help you avoid more serious complications in the future. Stay motivated and consistent with physiotherapy. Hopefully, your knees will recover well! Take care!
