I had some leftover bread that I was pondering how to use. Make bread pudding out of it or grind them into bread crumbs. At last I decided to make a vegetarian banana cake using it and semolina. I blended the two with banana, milk cream, sugar syrup( that I got from rosogolla, a Bengali sweet). I did some dry fruits to give the cake a crunchy taste. It did come out well, serving as a evening snack.

@lilacskies My husband expired in 2020. Since then I have been living alone. My sons visit me sometimes.
