What's for dinner? March 1

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! I'm trying a new recipe this evening--Enchilada Turkey Meatloaf from the Skinnytaste web site. It looks like a good mashup of enchiladas and meatloaf. To go with I'm going to make the Mexican Red Rice from Rick Bayless' Mexican Everyday cookbook. For a vegetable I have some leftover steamed summer veggies so I'll reheat those. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

It's end of the month time so some seasoned fries and a pork sausage patty, I order groceries next Saturday.
