My friend will be spending a night here before she goes to the house where her pet dog is lodging She will go there the next morning to fetch her pet and return to her house She may have to come back again as the divorce proceedings have not yet started. I will be making a sweet pullao for her. I am good in making this Deep fry cashewnuts, raisins and finely sliced onions and keep them aside Boil water to which salt and sugar is added Fry rice add the boiled water add cardamom, clove and cinnamin and pressure cook for three minutes after the first whistle.Remove. Sprinkle deep fried onions, cashew nuts and raisins. Eat with sweet chutney made from mint leaves to which onions, ginger, green chiies, jaggery and salt is added The image is what I had made a long time ago

I've even pullao. But never eaten sweet pullao. I can imagine how the taste could be. But I never had the idea that pullao could even be a sweet item. This is really interesting.

Just as that kid said to me when I asked her for some candy - get your own stuff, let me tell you now - do it yourself

@allknowing it's a bit tedious given the amount of spices you need to use and cooking the meat with less time you can't make a delicious meal

Is it like sweet and sour? I never thought onions could make it into a sweet dish but I’ve had onion confit before. It surely sounds interesting, wouldn’t mind trying some. Then no doubt your friend will like it.
