Interesting breakfast this morning, it was bacon and eggs on toast cooked in the air fryer. It was good. The air fryer always seems to impart things with a distinct flavor. I will definitely make this again because its easy no saucepan or standing at the stove, or multiple devices. Do you ever use an air fryer?
Also, one other thing was that last night I woke up about 4 AM as there was a noise in my room. I had no clue what it could be. It sounded raspy almost like something, or someone,,animal or human spitting or something. So, eventually I turn on the light, and discover it is my space heater. I hope its not wearing out..but if it does, I guess this is the time of the year to replace it. I would love to get a fake woodburning stove like I had before. It lasted for years too.

The only issue with my air fryer is the size: too small!
So if I can’t use the microwave it’s usually the stove, or the oven. I hate using the oven because it eats too much electricity for my liking but sometimes it can’t be avoided. It’s cool you managed to make eggs and bacon on toast in the air fryer anyway. Not as cool as a fake woodburning stove though, that’ll be wonderful if you’re going to get one.

Maybe I will try to shoot for getting one in April. They should be really cheap then. Have to see how the money shakes out..but I should be over the big bills then. I have a second air fryer here that has a much larger basket then the one I used today. I haven't gotten it out of the box yet..but that might be today's project. That one is alot more techy, not certain I will like it.

@Laurakemunto Honestly, I use them the most in the summer, because it gets too hot to cook in here. Air fryer doesn't heat things up much, more fuel efficient.

I don't own an air fryer, but it would be useful to make fried chicken, egg rolls, crispy broccoli, and more.

Yes, there are things you can make in it you never would have dreamed of. I used my old one this morning but I have a new one I unpacked this AM. You could make a whole dinner in there

@snowy22315 True. I saw an YouTube video about air fryers being a healthier option than using regular fryers on the stove because air fryers take out the grease and the oil from the food.

Yes I think so. You will be amazed at all the recipes for it. This one was a recipe for a jalapeno, tortilla crusted, tilapia I think I will make Tuesday.

Not had one. Good to know food tastes better in an air fryer.
Glad you found out what that noise was.

To me it does, you should get one. Its hot there, and an air fryer is a good cooking tool.

Sounds like a nice breakfast. We had some fruits for our breakfast - rather a little late as we cover some sleep on Sunday.
If the heater needs some replacement, then may be it is time to get it serviced or replaced.
Of course, the cost could be a factor for you.

It would cost more to have this serviced than to replace it

I sort of want an air fryer, too--but I dread the thought of yet another thing on the counter. My kitchen isn't large. I've cut it back as much as I feel I can, and I do use what I have. Three of my kids have an air fryer, they absolutely love them. And I have enjoyed some of the foods they fix in theirs, it's very good.

You don't have room under the counter to store it? i keep mine put away most of the time. I am blessed to have a lot of cupboard space in here. Also, a panty I could use for storage if I need to.
