What's for dinner? March 3

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! Tonight I'm making the dinner that I planned to make last night--Enchilada Turkey Meatloaf and Mexican Red Rice. I had plenty of vegetables today so I am not going to bother with making something on the side. The 3rd hour of tutoring was cancelled by the student so I have extra time to get that done. We're having pancakes of some sort and Vince is making an ice-cream dessert which has mashed-up fruit in it.

I made mayo so tonight we had tuna salad on Seattle sourdough bread and home potato salad. I could slurp down lemony home mayo all day if I wasn't careful.

Sounds like a great dinner. The son wants homemade pizza. I made two a few days ago and they were stashed in the freezer. So it won’t be hard to bake one. I made a green salad to have with it. We usually don’t eat dinner until about 7pm, so we are good.
