A1C went up a tiny notch from 6.43 up to 6.51. B12 level was way up..in fact I was told to maybe take it every other day. Vit D3 level was good. She said I won the trophy today for lowest HDL. LDL was good. In fact she said I was doing great. Wish I felt as good as she seemed to think I was. Totally forgot about my Trigger Finger...I don't think about it until it sticks. Sure does hurt when it sticks and I have to make it open. It is my ring finger. My friend Mary told me I had a trigger finger when I told her how that finger sticks. I laughed..told her I have NEVER pulled a trigger with that finger..in fact I don't think it is possible to actually Pull a trigger with your ring finger. I made Meat Loaf, Collard Greens and mashed taters for supper. What did You have?

My mother had a trigger finger and now Vince has one. I know it's very painful.

In the summer of 2023, and throughout the school year I had trigger finger in both my pinky and my thumb on my right hand. Summer came and I had different things I was doing and it went away. I think I read that people who are diabetic (me) experience it often. One thing that helped was to use topical analgesic creams. Things with lidocaine, or capsaisin, or diclenofec. I also used compression gloves. I hope it does not give you too much trouble. Congrats on having those good numbers. How are you achieving them?
